Your 90 Day Qualifying Race

Your 90-day journey with the Club starts with your Drivers’ briefing, met with your own personal co-driver who will be supporting you through your first 90 days of employment. Our co-drivers are part of our Supervisory and Assistant Manager team who have been trained specifically to look after your onboarding needs. You will even have your own Driver’s Manual and access to our online RACER academy with lots of helpful tools to support you in completing your 90-day race. During your ‘Acceleration into the Club’ our full day induction you will meet many of our managers, and learn about our heritage, and Club Values. Along the way your manager will support you with regular reviews in your Pit Stop meetings, so you are ready for your ‘Drivers Briefing.’

Co – Drivers

Co-Drivers is an ongoing development programme for supervisors and selected others to help them support colleague development and training in their departments. We recognise that to progress in your career you need to build the necessary skills to equip you to become an inspirational leader and learning to effectively coach, support adult learning and give feedback are all vital skills to make this happen

Leaders that Care

Leaders that Care is an ongoing development programme for our managers and assistant managers in the Club and is a series of management workshops designed to equip and support you in creating high performing teams. With modules covering Equality and Diversity, Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, Absence Management, and Club Leadership skills.

We also offer Apprenticeships, Scholarships, Executive Coaching, Accredited leadership Programmes including our future leaders programme and own innovative customer service programme.
