Rosa’s cafés are buzzy, vibrant places to eat and work. We recruit great people and offer them juicy career opportunities, stacks of training and plenty of fun along the way. As a member of the Rosa’s family, you’ll kick off with the essentials such as Health and Safety Level 2, Food Safety Level 2, Food Allergen, First Aid Training and ongoing refresher courses. You’ll also learn about everything from serving the perfect coffee to matching teas and wines with Thai food and generally making customers feel on top of the world.
When you join the Rosa’s family, you’ll kick off with the essentials in Health and Safety, Food Safety, Food Allergen, First Aid and ongoing refresher courses. We’ll divide your training into 3 sections, working from our training manual, Flow system and face to face with our training managers and suppliers.
