The Royal Ship is a 19th century Grade II listed coaching inn situated in the heart of the old market town of Dolgellau. With fantastic, recently refurbished bedrooms, the Royal Ship is a great base to explore the beautiful Welsh countryside of Snowdonia National Park.

We are looking for Chefs of all levels to join our busy kitchen. You will be producing excellent freshly cooked food under pressure. A focus and belief in your own training and development will be essential and our senior team will support you with this.

Other requirements of our Chefs:

• Previous experience in a similar environment
• Ability to work at speed and under pressure in a busy environment
• Good knowledge and understanding of food hygiene standards
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work within a team
• Driven and self-motivated
