We are looking for warm, welcoming and enthusiastic people to join our busy front of house team.

Set on the edge of Manchester Airports Runway, the Airport Pub has been recently refurbished featuring creative and innovative decorations and furniture from the world of aviation. This incredibly busy pub is a favourite with a wide variety of visitors from plane enthusiasts to families and corporate groups. 

As ‘Bar Back’ your primary duty will be to support the bar staff by providing assistance to maintain a clean and customer friendly bar. Key responsibilities include:

• Collect empty glasses from the bar, tables and garden.
• Empties dishwasher and stocks glassware as appropriate 
• Restock the bar with beer, liquor, wine, juices, etc. Make sure that everything is at the bar and that there are enough backups for the shift
• Frequently monitors wastage/bottle bins and empties as appropriate 
• Supporting the Bar Staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Is punctual and maintains good attendance to scheduled shifts 
• Communicates to management when there is an issue 
• Is professional on all levels while at work and maintains a positive attitude
