Chef - The Wynnstay, Wrexham

Are you an experienced Chef seeking the chance to further your career in an innovative kitchen? Would you prefer to work within a smaller business where you voice is heard? If so read on!! 

We are looking for Chefs of all levels to join our kitchen team in our newest managed house. The Wynnstay is located in the Welsh border market town of Ruabon and close to both Wrexham and Llangollen. Following a substantial refurbishment, we will be re-opening the pub and 12 bedroom hotel in early April 2018 with a fresh look whilst retaining its character and history.

To join the Wynnstay team we need individuals who can drive commerciality through caring and pride. Being personable, reliable, inspirational, driven and enthusiastic by nature.

You will be producing excellent freshly cooked food under pressure. A focus and belief in your own training and development will be essential and our senior team will support you with this.

Other requirements of our Chefs:

• Previous experience in a similar environment
• Must adhere to food hygiene standards
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work within a team
• Driven and self-motivated
