The Queens Head is set just 3 miles from Windermere in the beautiful surroundings of the Troutbeck Valley. Since the fire that destroyed this iconic building in 2014, substantial investment of over £1 million has been made in order to bring it back to life – including 10 letting rooms, and on-site staff accommodation.

We are looking for Chefs of all levels to join our busy kitchen. You will be producing excellent freshly cooked food under pressure. A focus and belief in your own training and development will be essential and our senior team will support you with this.

Other requirements of our Chefs:

• Previous experience in a similar environment
• Ability to work at speed and under pressure in a busy environment
• Good knowledge and understanding of food hygiene standards
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work within a team
• Driven and self-motivated

Staff accommodation is available off site (weekly charge of £42 applies, includes all utility costs)
