As a talented Senior Sous Chef you will be the chief of our engine room, driving your team to deliver top quality dishes. Leadership skills are essential for this key role in the management team. Communication is paramount in this high volume, fast paced environment. You will be responsible for cooking up the success of this business, being at the heart of the action with your team working as one.

Our new Senior Sous Chef must have the following: 

·Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a fresh food kitchen 
·Stock management and paperwork literate 
·High standards of cleanliness 
·Comply with all Health and Safety Regulations 
·Great communication skills
·Ability to manage and lead a team 
·Passion for producing perfect dishes consistently
