Our new Head Chef must have the following:

  • At least 1yrs experience as Head Chef in a high volume, fresh food kitchen
  • Stock management and paperwork literate
  • High standards of cleanliness
  • Comply with all Health and Safety Regulations
  • Great communication
  • Ability to manage and lead a team
  • Passion for producing perfect dishes consistently

A bit about us

Our carefully crafted premium dining pubs are situated in prime locations; from stunning grade II listed buildings to picturesque river side settings. We look to offer fantastic, fresh food, a great range of ales, beers, wines, spirits and selective cocktails all served in a comfortable, traditional atmosphere complimented by the best service.

Our kitchens are designed around some fantastic equipment including the Josper oven, a charcoal fuelled oven producing succulent meats with fantastic flavour. The menu has been built with the Josper oven in mind, creating some of the best fresh food dishes around. Reporting directly to the General Manager and taking on the responsibility of the kitchen and the kitchen team at all times.
