The Position

We are currently looking for an Aqua Park Receptionist to come and join the Retallack water sports team on a seasonal basis. In this role you will be responsible for welcoming our guests to the Aqua Park, dealing with any enquires and taking bookings for all water sports activities at the Aqua and Wake Park.

Responsibilities

* To provide professional and welcoming service to all guests
* Responsible for dealing with any customer queries or complaints
* Taking and managing bookings on the internal booking system
* General reception duties including admin
* Maintaining the upkeep of the reception area to a high standard
* Responsible for the replenishment of stock at the Aqua Park shop

The Person

The successful candidate must have/should be;

* Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Be professional and well presented
* Be well organised and able to make decisions reacting to business demands
* The ability to work well under pressure
* Previous experience within a similar role is highly desirable
* To communicate effectively, handling complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Cash handling
