The Position
We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Assistant to come and join our Housekeeping team. You will be responsible for general housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our resort. 

Responsibilities

• To ensure that all lodges and apartments are cleaned in a timely and thorough manner 
• To ensure that guests requests are fulfilled, seeking ways to exceed guest expectations
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the housekeeping management 
• To carry out any additional deep clean or daily cleaning as instructed by your manager or supervisor 

The Person
The successful candidate must have/should be;

• Experience in a similar role 
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both colleagues and guests
• Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
• A commitment to completing a high standard of work to specified deadlines and timescales
