The Position
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Front of House Supervisor to assist the F&B Management team. You will be assisting the kitchen and front of house team with the smooth operation of food orders, customer bookings and making sure that all customers receive a five star experience.  

Responsibilities

• Assist the front of house team to ensure a smooth dining service  
• Organise daily bookings
• Cash handling 
• To provide excellent customer service to all guests and customers
• Ensuring that the guest experience exceeds expectations
• Dealing with customers complaints, ensuring they are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner
• Organising and directing a small team of staff

The Person
The successful candidate must have/should be;

• Able to work well under pressure
• Previous supervisory experience in a similar role
• A high standard of personal presentation 
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
