Spa Therapist - Santai Spa

Santai Spa at Resorts World Birmingham are looking for qualified Spa Therapists to join the team on a full time, working 40 hours or part time basis.

Our Spa Therapists are responsible for ensuring each guest has a memorable experience. We are looking for friendly, hard-working and professional individuals with a real passion for the Beauty industry. Our Spa Therapists should be able to offer advice and up-sell all of our relaxing offerings; both therapies and products.

Key requirements:

• Applicants must be fully flexible to work shifts including weekends
• Must be NVQ level 2 & 3 qualified in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
• Must have previous experience working as a Spa Therapist and conducting treatments such as; facials, body treatments and massages.
• Previous ESPA experience is desirable but not necessary.
• We are looking for candidates who are friendly and reliable, effective team players, excellent communicators and who have a positive attitude to work
