Breakfast Waiting staff
We are looking for positive and enthusiastic part time Waiting staff members to join our Breakfast team. All candidates must be flexible to work weekdays including bank holidays, weekends and able to work morning shifts starting at 6am until midday.
The successful candidate will:
- Greet customers/guests, answer questions about service offerings and process any payments
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with their breakfast meal and upsell any extras
- Must be fully flexible and able to get to Resorts World Birmingham with ease
- Be warm and professional
- Be a confident and effective communicator who can demonstrate their ability to converse with a wide variety of guests and colleagues at all levels
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential
