The role

In this role you will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment. The ideal candidate will have good administration skills and have the ability to organise and prioritise the workload whilst working under pressure and part of a team. You will need to be a good communicator (with experience, face to face and via email, letter and telephone) and be able to liaise with staff and patients to the unit at all levels. High customer care standard is required. The role is in our Private Outpatient Bookings Department and will be Monday to Friday, it involves placing live patient appointments onto our electronic patient management system, producing appointment letters, managing referrals and liaising closely with medical secretaries and consultants. The role also includes working with and supporting our Reception team.

The team is extremely busy and needs someone with proven high quality customer service skills.

Full training will be provided. The successful candidate would need to be computer literate including Excel and Word and have an understanding of confidentiality issues.
