Weekend Cafe Lounge Assistant - Ragdale Hall Spa, Melton Mowbray

Salary:

£8.28 per hour age 21 and above, £7.65 per hour age 18-20.

Hours of work:

31 hours per week on a rota basis worked between the hours of 8.00am and 11.00pm including 3 out of 4 weekends.

About this position:

We are looking for a confident and friendly Café Lounge Assistant, who will share our passion for exceptional customer care, to be the first point of contact for guests in our beautiful Garden Room and Verandah Bar. You will be required to communicate in an effective and professional manner to assist guests with their queries and orders.

Your daily duties will include: serving drinks (alcoholic beverages, hot drinks, soft drinks, smoothies and juices), meals and snacks throughout the day, ensuring that the Bar and seating area are kept clean, tidy and well-stocked. You will be taking payment and charging accounts in a sometimes very busy environment, therefore the ability to multi-task and take initiative is crucial.

• Ideally you will have some experience working within a customer-focused role and be flexible in your availability to work.
