Spa Attendant/Cleaner - Ragdale Hall Spa, Melton Mowbray

About this position:

Working within our Housekeeping Department, one of the biggest and busiest departments within Ragdale you will be responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of our amazing spa area which consists of two indoor swimming pools, our amazing new rooftop pool, jacuzzi’s, saunas, steam rooms, a sanarium and luxurious ladies and gents changing areas.  You will also work within our fabulous state of the art Thermal Spa which consists of heat rooms, indoor and outdoor pools and other facilities.

You will also be responsible for welcoming our guests into the area and ensuring that any requests they have are dealt with quickly and professionally and that there is always a plentiful supply of fluffy white towels available.

In addition  you will also need to be able to assist a guest to safety in an emergency situation within the pool and will be given basic lifeguard training.

Full training will be given.

Hours of work:

22.5 hours worked on a two-weekly rota basis (to include every other weekend).

Qualifications and skills required:

We’re looking for friendly, confident and hardworking people who have masses of enthusiasm and have the ability to work and maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service even at the busiest times.

Salary:

£6.55 per hour age 16/17, £7.42 per hour age 18-20 and £7.90 per hour age 21+.
