Dining is incremental to the Ragdale experience, delivering exceptional cuisine to roughly 200 guests per day (we’re not just about carrot juice and lettuce leaves!). Our team of Waitresses, Waiters and Cafe Lounge Assistants not only serve energising breakfasts, healthy buffet lunches and delicious evening meals, but they also deliver a variety of sweet treats including cakes and quick bites alongside a menu of teas, coffees, smoothies and even those sought-after evening cocktails!

During your Apprenticeship, you will work within our stunning 175-cover Dining Room as well as in both of our Cafe Lounges – the Garden Room and the Verandah Bar. You will also get to experience breakfast service with our Housekeeping Department and spend some time alongside our talented brigade of professional chefs.

Qualifications and skills required:

We’re looking for a friendly, confident person with a positive attitude and masses of enthusiasm.

Salary:
