General Maintenance Assistant - Ragdale Hall Spa, Melton Mowbray

Salary:

Competitive salary plus commission. Benefits package including £900 per annum in gratuities (full time equivalent), free meals on duty, uniform, transport from Melton Mowbray and Asfordby, use of gymnasium and much more.

Hours of work:

39 hours per week worked between the hours of 7.00 am and 6.00 pm including weekends.

About the position:

We are looking for a full time multi-skilled General Maintenance Assistant to join our eight-strong Building Services Team here at Ragdale Hall Spa.

This role not only involves the routine maintenance of our state-of-the-art facilities and extensive spa areas but also refurbishment and project work.

Ideally, applicants should have experience working in a similar role and have a good understanding of all trades. The ability to work unsupervised and produce workmanship to a high standard is vital.

The successful candidate should also have good interpersonal skills and be able to work well as part of a team, assisting colleagues with a wide variety of repair and maintenance tasks of different trades.

Weekend working will be part of normal working hours, but time off in lieu will be given.
