Queensway Coffee Houses LTD was founded in 2015 after being approached by Starbucks to be one of their first franchisees in the UK.  We acquired a portfolio of stores and we are now actively growing our estate and hope to have 50 stores by 2025. 

We currently have stores in Chester, Manchester, Kidderminster, Telford, Cannock, Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Peterborough, Market Harborough, Milton Keynes, Hitchin, Oxford, Cheltenham and Gloucester, with new stores opening all the time.

We operate a combination of Drive Thru, Drive To, High Street and City Centre stores with a diverse and varied team of fantastic people without whom, we could not exist.  We are a spirited bunch of high performers who live and breathe our company values of being kind, working together, challenging everything and having fun.

We are so proud of who we are.  We are a family of challenge-seekers, travel-lovers, culture vultures, food fanatics, difference-makers, idea-generators, carers and sharers.  We genuinely care for one another. We want everyone in our family to be happy and succeed, so we keep an eye out for each other, inspire each other and celebrate with each other. 

At every level we have clear targets and scorecards, so we all understand the role we play in driving the business forward. We share our successes with our teams, offer ongoing development opportunities and encourage mobility between our different locations and businesses. We also want to hear from you and give you a platform to share your stories from your place of work. We use an app called Fourth where you can view all your HR information such as rotas and payroll. You can also access Engage here, which is like Facebook in that you can share messages, photos and videos as well as get updates from different parts of the Queensway business and have opportunities to have your say on how we do things. 

We all have unique skills and contributions we make, and it is our genuine love for what we do that makes us who we are today.

With our continued growth, we are always on the lookout for awesome people to join our team.  As well as our store teams we also have a team of people behind the scenes who work in our support functions in finance, human resources, and operations.
