The Salutation Inn is an authentic traditional Pub which had a modern makeover in 2018 with a major investment by Punch of around 200k. Benefiting from a prime location in this busy part of Ipswich, the Salutation sees plenty of varied trade as the day turns into night, and tapping into these changing phases will be key to success here. Food is a key part of the offer with daily specials and a pre-theatre menu serving the locals and shoppers as well as those on a night out at the nearby Regent theatre. Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 - 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along.
You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have dedicated Operations Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.

Once you've completed the 5-day induction course we'll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.

Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.
