Principal York are looking for a Receptionist, as our Receptionist your role will be to ensure that you provide a courteous and friendly service to all guests while making sure all reception duties are carried out on each shift.

As a Receptionist, part of the Front of House team, and the face of Principal York, you will provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell to our guests. You will deliver an intuitive service to personalise the guest experience, along with providing information regarding the hotel, York and our surrounding areas.

You will be part of the guest journey from the beginning with a seamless check in, on hand to assist with request and fond farewell as our guests depart.

We are looking for Receptionist with lots of Passion, Energy & Warmth. 

Ideally you will have previous front office experience in a luxurious 4/5 star environment, Excellent Communication skills and a positive and friendly personality. Our Ideal Candidate will have knowledge of Opera systems.
