       The Principal York Hotel are looking for a Reception Manager to join the Front Office Team.

You can expect to work 39 hours a week over 5 days. 

The Reception Manager will work alongside the front office team to drive improved level of customer service. They will also play a key role in the Operations Management team, as well as proactively meeting and greeting hotel guests and promptly dealing with issues as and when they arise, to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
