The Principal York are looking for an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operation. As part of the senior leadership team in Food & Beverage, the Executive Chef will be instrumental in creating a destination venue renowned for its food & produce from all outlets including the Refectory Kitchen & Terrace, Chapter House Bar, the beautiful Garden Room, Conference & Events and Room Service.

You will be responsible for planning and developing seasonal menus for the hotel which appeal to our guests and drive revenue within the food and beverage outlets. You will lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver the highest standard of food, whilst maintaining control systems which will assure quality and portion consistency.
