About you

Our Breakfast Chefs colleagues really are vital members of our kitchen brigades and show passion, drive and enthusiasm about what they do:

Our chefs main duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide the day to day breakfast service and guarantee all of our guests receive exceptional warm service from arrival to departure.
  • Ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times
  • Ensure that the kitchen areas designated, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the hotel.
  • Take responsibility for the mis-en-place for the Breakfast Section and the breakfast production and service.
  • Prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty
  • Support and mentor junior team members
