Your Day to Day

Day to Day Duties:

• To deliver a warm welcome by providing an intuitive evening turn down service for our guests by 
refreshing the room and preparing the bed and bathroom for the night

• To perform routine cleaning, delivering a service to consistently meet and exceed guest expectations

• To provide all the necessary supplies and amenities in the guest room, to maximum guest satisfaction 
by providing an intuitive service

• To carry out routine, thorough cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors including all fittings 
and surfaces to required standards

• To deliver VIP guest standards and special requests in a timely and warm manner as instructed by the 
Evening Housekeeper / the Housekeeping Coordinator
