Princess Cruises is seeking Pastry Chef de Parties who have a solid knowledge of classical and contemporary international pastry with experience of working in a high volume, fast paced, upmarket establishment and possess customer service skills that can make every guest feel special.

As a Pastry Chef de Partie with Princess Cruises, you will assist the Executive Chef on your assigned vessel in producing and delivering the best possible culinary experience at sea.

You will have the opportunity to travel the world while supporting up to seven different restaurant outlets onboard your assigned vessel, including our award winning steakhouses.  Each restaurant has a dynamic menu cycle that is specially crafted to match the numerous ports visited.  We welcome you to consider working with one of the world’s premier cruise lines, with 17 ships sailing to hundreds of worldwide destinations.

Minimum applicant requirements:

  • Applicants will be required to demonstrate a high level of previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a high production culinary environment.
  • Possess a formal qualification in culinary arts from a recognised culinary training institution.
  • Speak fluent English.
  • Possess the ability to supervise a diverse culinary team.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
