Premier Inn Lewes is on the lookout for a new Assistant Operations Manager. With its 61 bedrooms at 85% capacity throughout the year this consistent site gives you the perfect opportunity to further develop your skills and those of the team.  You’ll work alongside the Operations Manager to successfully run the day to day business and be a driving force in maximising the sites potential. Its onsite Thyme restaurant gives you a great opportunity to showcase your potential in both the restaurant and hotel management resulting in delivering great results.

Here, you'll build on your experience and expertise in a customer-facing role or environment with a welcoming, supportive team. Helping our guests feel brilliant, through a great night's sleep, you'll oversee daily operations and look ahead to seeing how we can work even better. Putting the guest first, they'll be your first port of call for feedback. You'll then lead and inspire your team to deliver our good night guarantee with excellent coaching, empowering each one to go the extra mile. 

To join us, you'll ideally have hotel or hospitality industry experience. This could include from working in reception, housekeeping, F&B or kitchen. More importantly, you'll also be passionate about customer service and maintaining and enhancing the Premier Inn brand.
