Located in the town of Maidstone this site see's a lot of business guests during the week, and leisure guests at the weekend. With 30-40 covers an evening, and a grill in the kitchen, this is the perfect site if you are passionate about your team and will always deliver great food.

Like our hospitality, our menus represent really great value - As a Head Chef with Premier Inn you will be part of the senior management team within the hotel, ensuring that our kitchen team members serve up delicious food and work together to deliver a great guest experience.

Serving fantastic food on time every time, you will be as comfortable in a suit as you are in your chef whites. You will have the managerial skills and experience essential to the efficient running of the kitchen and the whole of our Back of House operation - managing control processes to maximize productivity and minimize issues. Maintaining a safe, compliant kitchen is a fundamental part of the role, and you will be fully responsible for all stock items in the hotel. Where you'll really make your mark is when you are leading the team, inspiring each kitchen team member to enthusiastically deliver brilliant service at all times.
