Job Purpose: 
Deliver on individual revenue targets through the selling of ‘Personal Trainer Diploma’ courses and other selected fitness qualifications. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Proactive calls to upsell products to existing ‘Premier Customers’ 
• Respond to online enquiries submitted through website and social channels 
• Initiate outbound sales calls to follow up on customer enquiries 
• Respond to inbound telephone enquiries 
• Achieve call activity and duration targets 
• Maintain enquiry handling standards and sales process targets 
• Ensure CRM process and usage is to company standards 
• Achieve KPI and Revenue targets 
• Process payments, issue contracts and relevant documents 

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Attend Sales Meetings 
• Perform show rounds and attend open days on behalf of the business
• Contribute to course planning and utilisation strategy 
• Be a goodwill ambassador for Premier Global by the courteous treatment of all customers, ensuring at all times the professionalism of the company is upheld
