Regional Sales Manager- Your Purpose

To identify and develop commercial partnership opportunities within the local community (e.g. restaurants; taxi firms; cinemas; take-aways, garages) in order to generate commercial income and achieve commercial income targets. To identify potential new customers both corporate and individual and develop strategies to build the customer base. 

Regional Sales Manager - Your Accountabilities

  • Prospecting local areas and identifying potential commercial income opportunities
  • Contacting local businesses and securing meetings
  • Developing creative concepts around the Powerleague assets
  • Developing and presenting commercially viable proposals 
  • Negotiating agreements
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of local commercial income opportunities
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system
  • Reporting and reviewing performance against targets and taking appropriate actions
  • Maintaining new and established local relationships to ensure ongoing business
  • Identifying and creating opportunities for national partnerships from local discussions 
  • Identifying potential for local corporate events, developing proposals and delivering, as appropriate
  • Identifying potential new customers both individuals and businesses in order to build local customer base
  • Creating propositions to attract new and retain existing customers
  • Building internal relationships with Club Managers, Regional Operations Managers, Customer, and Sales Teams
