Chefs de Partie - POLPO Covent Garden
POLPO, meaning "octopus" in Italian, are Venetian bàcari - humble restaurants serving simple but authentic food all freshly prepared on-site, paired with young Italian wines & classic Italian aperitivo cocktails.
We are currently recruiting for a CDP to join our kitchen team at POLPO Covent Garden on Maiden Lane, WC2.
The Ideal POLPO Person:

- Has experience in a busy kitchen
