Chefs de Partie - POLPO
POLPO, meaning "octopus" in Italian, are Venetian bàcari - humble restaurants serving simple but authentic food all freshly prepared on-site, paired with young Italian wines & classic Italian aperitivo cocktails.
We are currently recruiting for CDPs to join our kitchen teams across our five restaurants located in central London:
- Soho W1
- Covent Garden WC2
- Smithfield EC1
- Chelsea SW3
- Notting Hill W11
The Ideal POLPO Person:
- Loves food, drinks, restaurants & people
- Has experience in a busy kitchen
- Wants to support & work as part of a close-knit team
- Speaks great English
- Valid right to work in the UK is essential
