The Polo Bar is looking for a Night Assistant Restaurant Manager to help manager the Polo Bar team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Restaurant and Bar during the night hours.

Polo Bar is an iconic 24 hour Cafe Bar by Liverpool Street, Central London.

We are looking for talented people to join the team, someone who is keen to working and developing the late-night scene at Polo Bar.   

Experience preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.

Main duties:

• Assisting in overseeing night service
• Training of the night staff team (20)
• Communicate with the GM and management team effectively

You would be required to be: 

• Customer service focused
• Like making decisions and being involved in the management decision process
• Enjoy coaching and developing your team
• Interested in driving sales through initiatives that boost late night sales   
• The right person should enjoy leading from the front whilst being part of the team, have a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
