More about your role

You will help to oversee the day to day running of all catering activities within the centre. Ensuring all cleaning and food standard policies are adhered to at all times whilst operating a high standard of customer service to all our visitors. You will support your supervisor in gathering relevant information to help the creation of monthly spreadsheets. You will ensure a five star Food Hygiene Rating is maintained at all times and you will motivate the rest of the team to ensure this is of high priority to all staff members.

More about you

You will have experience in a catering role where you have prepared food & ordered & monitored stock. As Assistant Catering Supervisor you will need a background within a customer focused environment along with excellent customer service skills and proven experience of managing an extremely busy workload. You should have a good background knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations as well as current food standard policies.
