An exciting opportunity has arisen within the HR team at Places Leisure. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is able to manage and prioritise their workload, whilst having a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities of the role will include managing a busy HR team inbox, and administering a large number of DBS checks on our online portal. You will be responsible for administering all new starter documents for 200 new starters a month, including employment contracts and reference requests. You will also prepare letters for all terms and conditions changes for our 8,500 employees, and provide administrative support for the HR team.  

Ideally you will be CIPD level 3 qualified, or working towards the qualification. Previous experience of working in a busy administration role is advantageous.
