More about your role

You will play a key role in the implementation, maintenance and development of people systems – including existing systems such as ResourceLink, Quinyx and assist with the roll out of the new HR ERP system BusinessWorld. You will be integral in ensuring that our managers, people and support staff can access user friendly systems and record hours, workforce plan and get paid accurately and on time.

You will work with the wider People Team to access, report and analyse data, this work may include equal pay audits, gender pay gap reporting and review remuneration.  You will also be responsible for ensure our people policies and procedures are fit for purpose and legally compliant.

More about you

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or equivalent, and have a good understand of generalist HR. You will be also need to be working in, or recently worked in, a role with a high level of HR systems use.

The leisure industry is a 7 day a week, very fast moving customer focussed industry therefore it would be a distinct advantage if you had experience in leisure or a similar sector such as hospitality or retail.
