We are searching for an attentive and engaged chef to join our friendly team as Chef de Partie. You’ll be working collaboratively with our team of chefs to deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests.

This role is ideal for a chef looking to progress their career in a top-class kitchen. You will gain experience on each section on a rotational basis, meaning you’ll need a keen interest in your own development, one that we will match with in-depth training.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation and cooking of dishes to a high standard
• Provide a fast, efficient and high-class service to customers
• Able to lead by example, to nurture and develop junior team members
• Clean down kitchens to ensure spotless working environments
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene, appropriate to food preparation and service

Experience required:

• Must be aware of, and conform to, all health and hygiene regulations
• Confidence in communicating with others
• Professional, enthusiastic attitude
• Eligible to work in the
• UK Driving Licence and own transport (we are in a beautiful surrounding, but quite rural)
