PHIL GOUGH
Phil is the owner of the company. He became a personal trainer whilst studying a sports science degree in Wales and his passion for fitness grew, creating the foundations for Phil Gough Health and fitness. Throughout an active life Phil excelled in cycling, competing nationally before focussing his time to build a company. Now his passion is to train hard and smart.
QUALIFICATIONS
- REPS level 3 exercise professional
- BWLA Level 1
DAN WOODS
Dan is the first trainer to join Phil at Phil Gough Health and fitness. He has always played a variety of sports, specifically rugby, and has played for local teams as well as at county level. Dan's main focus in life is fitness and developing his abilities in Crossfit. He continues to work hard and build expertise in nutrition and different methods of training.

ROB NEWMAN
Rob is a passionate personal trainer with a degree in fitness and personal training. As the second trainer to join the team, Rob brings with him a wealth of nutritional knowledge gained at university alongside his own research, which he uses to help clients improve their long term health and fitness. Rob takes great pleasure in knowing he has helped clients achieve their fitness goals and assisting them in developing a healthier lifestyle.
