Newby Wiske Hall is our newest activity centre nestled in the heart of stunning countryside in North Yorkshire. We are searching for an incredible HOUSEKEEPING TEAM LEADER to join the team at this exciting new location.

Many children feel nervous about staying away from home. At PGL we take pride in making our young explorers feel as welcome as possible with a comfortable & clean environment. A great night’s sleep in a freshly made bed will leave them raring for a new day of adventure!

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Housekeeping Assistants to ensure all our guest & communal areas look and feel warm and welcoming, creating fantastic first impressions and making our visitors feel at home.

Is this you?

You’ll need great interpersonal skills to assist and engage with our guests, leadership ability to inspire and lead your team, and confidence and problem-solving talent to resolve any issues that stand in the way of delivering excellent guest experiences.

We’re looking for individuals with three or more months experience within a housekeeping role and a recognisable qualification in Health & Safety. Experience of working with young people and supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential for this position.
