Senior Sous Chef - The Onslow Arms, Near Guildford
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
We are a very busy, privately owned, award winning gastro pub in the village of West Clandon, Near Guildford, Surrey, very close to Clandon station. We operate another 6 successful pubs in and around the area.
We are looking for a skilled Senior Sous Chef who has worked in a similar, high volume environment with fresh food and has a passion for keeping standards high.
You will work well in a team and be a good people manager/leader. You will work with a brigade of 12 chefs and 4 kitchen porters.
