Assistant Manager - the Wheatsheaf, Esher

Pearmain Pubs are looking for an Assistant Manager with a warm and friendly personality to join us at The Three Horseshoes and support our management team.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be involved in all aspects of running the pub which is an ideal opportunity to gain greater knowledge and experience.  You will be an important part of the team providing a welcoming, attentive and professional service and maintaining consistently high standards.  The role is very hands-on and extremely varied and will develop your skills in people management, food and drink service and day to day financial administration and pub management.

You will possess a passion for quality fresh food and drink and for exceptional customer service.  You will have experience working in a similar high-volume quality operation and get a buzz out of working a busy & lively service. The Wheatsheaf is a lovely 200 year old traditional village pub overlooking the village green in Esher. We are part of Pearmain Pubs, a small group 8 independently owned 'smart pubs' located in Surrey and Middlesex.  Each of our pubs has been carefully chosen and sympathetically restored, with quality interiors and beautiful gardens, casual enough to be comfortable, smart enough to feel special.
