Head Chef - The Canbury Arms, Kingston *New Pub Opening*

Pearmain pubs are now looking for a Head Chef for our new pub, the Canbury Arms, opening early 2019.  Ideal applicants will have a real passion for quality fresh food and experience working in a high-volume quality operation. For the first few months this role will involve working across the company in various sites to gain experience in readiness for taking up the head chef position at the Canbury Arms 

This is a hands-on Head Chef role, you will work in a modern well-equipped kitchen alongside your team across all areas of the kitchen.  You will have the skills and personality to lead a large brigade of 9 chefs and 3 kitchen porters and play an influential role in their training and development.   

In your role as Head Chef you will also be involved with developing new dishes; delivering an efficient food service whilst maintaining quality and consistency; adhering to food safety and cleaning standards; ordering, stock control and managing your GPs and wages targets.
