The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a part time Health Facilitator to oversee the Exercise Referral rogramme, working with clients and GP surgeries to improve health and sustain a healthy lifestyle.

The Person 

Required to hold Level 3 Diploma Exercise Referral 

We are looking for a Health Facilitator who can motivate and support people living with health conditions across a range of health programmes. 

The candidate will be confident with engaging and facilitating groups of people, supporting participants to lead healthier, happier lives. 

Able to understand the risks of activity following a risk assessment and respond to potential risks in accordance with any risk assessment. 

The Health Facilitator must be IT literate, able to record and track client performance. You must be comfortable facilitating both dryside, and in water activities (for the aquatic programme). Driving our brand, you must be able to work to targets, and adhere to our company and sales procedures.
