Customers can enjoy the water flume in the indoor swimming pool, make use of the all-weather multi-sports court for team activities including football and basketball and then finish off at the end of the day with a bite to eat in the restaurant.
Torquay Holiday Park also boasts our Broadway Club where customers can enjoy entertainment suitable for the whole family.
Chef
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Retail team in Torquay Holiday Park, Devon.
We are looking for a talented Chef to join us on a full time permanent basis, you will be based in our park's restaurant working as a part of a busy team covering the main Restaurant kitchen and Takeaway.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Monitor stock levels, communication with the Head Chef to ensure stock levels are maintained.
* Ensure that the standards of cooking, presentation and service are implemented to standard operating manuals
* Leading by example
* Ensure that the food diary is completed correctly by self & team - e.g. cleaning schedules
* Set, monitor and maintain appropriate opening and closing procedures, including cleaning rotas.
* Work in other park food outlets as & when required.
A successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience working within a high volume kitchen
* Customer & Achievement focused
* Communicating & Influencing skills
* Previoud experience demonstrating Teamwork & Co-operation
