Gas Engineer
Are you a qualified Gas Engineer looking for the next step in your career? Are you interested in joining the UK's largest Holiday Park Operator? Southview Holiday Park currently have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Gas Engineer to join their brilliant team.
Reporting into the Maintenance Manager, you will provide gas testing of holiday homes including fault finding and repairs to cookers, boilers and fires.
You will do this by delivering the highest standards of maintenance within the holiday homes, all indoor facilities and all external areas within the site are achieved, adhering to all company best practice and legal requirements in order to provide a safe and attractive outdoor environment for holidaymakers, owners and staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring that maintenance jobs reported to reception and are attended to promptly.
* Signing out keys and return same on completion of duty.
* To respect and leave accommodations clean after attending jobs.
* Reporting all breakdowns, breakages and damage to your Manager immediately.
* Ensuring that all units have the correct certification.
* Checking all units and highlighting any with out of date certification.
The successfulPerson will have the following:
Qualifications:
* CCLP1LAV & CCLP1RPHHTRLP2 (caravan specific gas fire)
* CENWAT (central heating & water heaters)
* CKR1 (cooker)
* CPA1 (combustion analysis)
* DAH1 (warm air heater)
* MET1 (gas meter)
* CCLP1PD
Experience:
* Ideally have previous experience working within the Holiday Park industry.
* Be Gas Safe Registered
* Have LPG Gas for Caravans
* Have a full Driving Licence
* Gas Meter or Warm Air System would be desirable.
