We are holding a Catering Recruitment Day on Thursday 18th October 2018 at White Acres Holiday Park and we are seeking:
* Catering Managers
* Head Chefs
* 2nd Chefs
* Sous Chefs
* Food & Beverage Managers
* Kitchen Managers
* Kitchen supervisors/team leaders
We are seeking experts in Catering who have the following:
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Previous experience of working in a fast paced, high volume kitchen
* Experience in stock take & budget control
* Excellent people, man-management and communication skills
* Experience of managing a team
* Level 3 Food Hygiene certification
You will be strongly customer and achievement focussed with excellent communication skills.
