Maintenance Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to join the fantastic team at Coopers Beach Holiday Park based in Essex.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be required to carry out general maintenance and repairs around the Park.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing an effective resource to correct any maintenance issues raised by owners.

* Ensuring that all required maintenance jobs are recorded on our Company system and the job ticket with time taken and parts used is completed.

* Providing an efficient strimming and grass cutting service around the park.

* Providing an efficient support service to resolve guest caravan maintenance problems.

* The siting and de-siting of caravans.

* Carrying out fleet snagging and maintenance Caravan Sales Stock.

* Gas delivery.

The successful Candidate will:

* Have previous experience of working within a Maintenance role, ideally on a holiday park.

* Ideally have experience of siting and moving caravans.

* Have previous gardening or grounds experience.

* Have excellent customer service skills.
