Withernsea Sands Holiday Park in Yorkshire is perfect for family holidays. Situated right next door to a Blue Flag beach and ideally positioned to explore the coastal countryside and town of Withernsea. There's a fabulous indoor pool as well as plenty of open spaces for the kids to run free around the Park. In the evening visit the Boathouse Tavern for live cabaret, discos and dancing, plus a big screen and Sky TV.

Parkdean Resorts are delighted to be recruiting a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to join the Team at our wonderful Withernsea Holiday Park based in East Yorkshire.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will be expected to assist in maintaining all accommodation, main buildings and park property to a very high standard.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Carrying out general maintenance and repairs around the Park as requested by the Maintenance Manager.

* Ensuring that all required maintenance jobs are recorded on our Company system and the job ticket with time taken and parts used is completed.

* Providing an efficient strimming and grass cutting service around the park.

* Providing an efficient support service to resolve guest caravan maintenance problems.

* The siting and de-siting of caravans

* Carrying out fleet snagging and maintenance Caravan Sales Stock.

* Gas delivery.

The successful Candidate will:

* Ideally have experience of a maintenance trade i.e carpentry, plumbing or joinery etc.

* Have previous experience of landscaping, gardening and grounds work.

* Have a full driving licence.

* Be comfortable dealing with customers on a day to day basis.
