Parkdean Resorts have a new and exciting position for a newly qualified Accountant to join our Mergers and Acquisitions Team, in the role of Corporate Finance Associate. If you are a high flying individual with a background in Business or Finance then this could be the start of an exciting career with the UK's largest Holidays Park Operator.

We are currently seeking a Corporate Finance Associate who will report directly into the M&A Director and work as part of a highly experienced senior team. The ideal candidate must be able to work proactively under pressure, as the role will be very fast paced. This is a very rare opportunity which could offer the right candidate a gateway into the exciting world of Corporate Finance.

In this role you will be assisting the M&A Director with multiple deal related activities. Strong numerate, report writing and project management skills are essential. Good communication skills are also vitally important, with the ideal candidate needing to be confident enough to deal with senior stakeholders and directors.

Further requirements for this role include:

* High level of IT competency - especially Excel and Powerpoint

* A working background in Finance/Business

* You will be a self-starter who is proactive and enthusiastic

* Be proactive and forward thinking with the ability to work flexibly

* Experience within research is desirable

* Have strong organisational skills and are comfortable working towards deadlines

* Good analytical and problem solving skills
