The park

Located on the picturesque Herefordshire and Worcestershire border and set in 100 acres of farmland, Malvern View Holiday Park offers idyllic and tranquil views of the Malvern Hills, as well as a wealth of outdoor activities for our holiday home owners to enjoy.

The role

Responsible for leading a small team, ensuring the safe and efficient siting of holiday homes. In this hands-on role, you’ll be working alongside the team, overseeing moves, ensuring the process runs smoothly.

You’ll keep up to speed with all siting jobs, being well prepared and organised, allocating the right amount of time for each job.

Your duties will include carrying out a pre-movement risk assessment, preparing the concrete base and clearing any debris prior to siting. You’ll supervise the jacking, blocking and levelling of the holiday home. You’ll move the caravan using a tractor and once sited will assist with plumbing, ensuring the holiday home has been correctly connected, organising gas and electrical connections.

Health and safety is of vital importance and you’ll ensure your team are aware of and comply with current regulations, always using the correct equipment and method of transportation.

You’ll take an active interest in the development of your own knowledge and are willing to undertake training relevant to the role.

Experience

Previous tractor driving experience is essential.

A driving licence is required for this role.  

Full training will be given.

Pay

The pay is £9.10 per hour. Benefits such as holiday and pension are also on offer.

Contract

Full time hours, to be discussed at interview in more detail.
